Books I would recommend to anyone contemplating this journey:
A Revolution of One, by Mary Ann Winiger (available at the HDA Bookstore) This is the first book I would recommend to anyone. Mary Ann shares her truth about this process and each time I re-read this book I am amazed at how accurate the stages of deconditioning are laid out. It is the only material I know of about what it is like living design instead of studying it!!!
The Nine Centers, by Ra Uru Hu (available at the HDA Bookstore) Ra does an incredible job of laying out the conditioning fields of the open centers and what they do to you, and the voices they speak to you through your own mind.
Living Your Design - A Manual for Cellular Transformation (available at the HDA Bookstore) Although considered the "basic" manual, it is quite a lot, the size of a small city's phone book. I would consider it a great reference manual for looking up specific information about the foundation of Human Design.
Books by Eckhart Tolle I list Eckhart for teaching me that "I was not my mind" and for helping me learn how to be still enough to understand my design and inner authority.www.eckharttolle.com
Books by Jed McKenna Jed although 7 centered in his approach and clearly speaking from his perspective, Jed's work was really a joy for me to read and reread. It helped cut through all of the spiritual nonsense that gets thrown around out there and brought clarity to the game. He helped me see that you are either lost in the movie, awake in the movie,.... or you walk out of the theater. That's it...that's the entire spiritual terrain. Brilliant!!! www.wisefoolpress.com
